Failed to Export Error

I have VB6 application to run crystal reports. Most of my reports are 8.5. i also have reports created in XI. CRAXDRT is used to to run 8.5 reports and CRAXDDRT is used to run XI reports. I didn't have any issues until recently. One of our clients upgraded to CR2008 and now i XI reports are failing to export to word format. it exporting to Excel but not to Word. I'm getting the following error.

Crystal Reports Activex Design:-2147190908-Failed to Export Error.

Database is DB2 and using OLEDB connection.

Any help with this is much appreciated.
