Failed to Delete Active Job

ArcserveIT 6.6 for Netware.
Running a copy script from a remote server to a local PC Client. Job started fine but continued for far too long. Tried to delete the job but was not successfull. Arcserve modules on the server locked. Rebooted the server but still didn't allow for deletion of the copy job.
My job queue still shows an active copy job and I can't remove it.
Funny enough my backups will still run nightly.

Any answers would be much appreciated.
