Failed to connect to server

Hi there,

If I try to connect to a remote server to see which device has failed etc, all I get displayed is ERROR 403: Failled to connect to server: server_name (2301) Reason: Error getting host address.

If I run Insight from the console then it work fine.

Any ideas??

Hi,

Are you trying to monitor the server through a firewall? If so, you need to open port 2301 (UDP I believe).
