Failed to connect to Microsoft Exchange //servername//

Hi,

We have a problem with Exchange 5.5 where a user is trying to connect via OWA and getting the above error. We have recreated the mailbox and account. Error still occurs, it only affects a few other users out of >1700

We found a Microsoft article 247085 that we thought would fix it, however the statement suggested is already in the current file specified.

Anyone had this before and resolved it?
