Using arcserve 12.5. when I right click a backup job, select modify user name, highlight the name and select verify I get ec code =2. Preflight check is successful and so is the backup job. I can edit the job and open all the source locations including the verify which fails which is for another server on the lan.
There are no mapped drives to this server. The same admin username and password is used for this and the local sbs server where ca is installed. I can logon to the ts using the same admin and password. How can I resolve this?
