Failed to archive - Database Oracle

I use ARCserve2000 (Windows 2000 Advanced Server) with 'Agent Backup Oracle (Oracle 8.1.7)' and always appear in Alert Log (Oracle)the follow message:

ARC1: Failed to archive log# 1 seq# 18291

This message is included in Alert Oracle during the Arcserve Process Backup. The Arcserve program make the database Oracle produce archives log in this moment too.

Someone help me?
