There was an error while trying to print report !Failed to access information from report file.
This has occurred on both sccs 4.2 & 5.0 with both windows NT & windows XP.
Our team was able to isolate our error to a local profile on a users workstation.
Most likely due to permission conflicts with software installs performed by both the local user and our network administrator.
To correct our error we deleted the local profile and built a new one.
DETAILS:
Our network administrator copied, saved and renamed the local users profile. (saved to a seperated location on our network)
Deleted the users profile on the local workstation and had the user log in again (creating a new profile). Desktop icons and favorites were restored from the prevoiusly saved/renamed profile.
This has been the only resolution for our problem.
