Failed Timer Jobs & Query/Index Server Roles?

Hi all,

Has anyone come across "Sharepoint Services Search Refresh" as Failed in their Time Job Status page?

I am also getting an error in my event viewer:

Event ID 10037
The Query and Index roles are offline. The application is not available.

I'm running a single server deployment and can't seem to find the switch for this anywhere. Any suggestions? Thanks!
