Failed Save As Command (Error 917)

I am running Visio Pro 2002 SP2 and need to save a visio drawing as a dwg or dgn file format. (Auto Cad or Microstation drawing) Everytime I try to do this through the save as command on the file menu I receive the following error:

Microsoft visio an error 917 occurred during the action save as identify the file type you are exporting

I cannot seem to get around this. I know this isn't for the Enterprise Ed. but I am hoping someone has insight here since there isn't another forum for the other versions of Visio.
