I have CSG 3.0 and PS 4.0 advanced version (recently upgraded from PS4.0 standard version). Both on Window 2000.
When I logged in to CSG, I can see all application but when I tried to open any of them, I got "failed protocol consistency check: command contains invalid parameter". I can open the applications directly on citrix presentation servers if I do not use CSG.
Can someone help me please. It was working before the upgrade. I had checked secure gateway diagnosis and its OK all of them.
