Problem:duplicate mailbox in storage group 1 and 3
Came about by a disrupted mailbox move from one store to another. During move the Server was patched via automated systems and a restart of the information store service followed.
User can still access original mailbox on SG1.
Cannot purge second failed mailbox now on SG 3 as errors.
Error: the operation cannot be performed because this mailbox is already reconnected to an existing user.
Mailbox has the x sign against it. Cannot reconnect it to another newly created account in the hope of deleting via a standard deletion metheod.
In the process of looking for shared GUID for the mailbox which may be causing the above scenario.
Has anyone got a better method of possibly fixing this problem.
