For a few of our Windows Servers we are seeing various failed items in our backup reports. Mostly, these are .dat.LOG files and .dat files. Below are some of the failed items from the log. Can anybody please provide some suggestions on whether or not I can filter some of this stuff out safely / add exclusions? These servers are not using VSS for their file backups, but ARE using VSS for system state backups. WS 2008 R2.

[C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\lastalive1.dat] Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
[C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\NTUSER.DAT.LOG1] Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
[C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\NTUSER.DAT.LOG2] Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
