Okay I am not sure if this is a GroupWise problem or a NDS problem but since the problem occurred with GroupWise in the first place I thought I'd start here. I moved a user from one office to another. Our NDS structure is different OU's for each office. This is what I did to move the user.....
1. Run an analyze/fix on the users GroupWise account.
2. Move the users NDS object to the new OU.
3. Move the GroupWise object to the new Postoffice.
After I did that I monitored the server to ensure the new server received all the account information before proceeding. After the purge notification was sent back to the old GroupWise PO I went into the users account and received the "GroupWise replication error" so I did what I always do
1. Go into GroupWise Diagnostics in NWADMIN.
2. Remove GroupWise Attribute.
3. Attempt to reassign to new PO.
:-( Normally I get a prompt asking me if uuu.ou.o matches uuu.po but this time I didn't get that. When I attempt to match the user to the GroupWise account I get a Non-unique Entry Error. When I attempt to synchronize the postoffice I get "uuu.(old)ou.o unable to read necessary information from NDS" As far as I know there is no problem that I can see with the user accessing e-mail so it is not an operational issue at this time, but because it is not an issue now does not mean it won't become one later on. Can anyone give me any guidance on this as to what I need to do to get the GroupWise account to match the NDS account, I would really appreciate it.
