Failed DTS

Hi All

Iam new to MS SQL Server 2000, Iam running a DTS which extracts from a MS Excel 2003 workbook and imports to MS sql db. It has been working fine for many months but this morning I have the follwoing error message "The number of failing rows exceeds the maximum specified.[Microsoft] [ODBC SQL Server Driver] Timeout Expired.

Please can you help......
