Failed Dmcc (Perform 3.1)

Hi,I have following problem:
There are extensions to hours recording time does not record. Example: The Extension 50100 receives 50 calls in days,only 5 do not recording. hesitate in local loggers 2 DMCC with 325 each, version logger, 9.12.5.35.All structure
is Nice Perform 3.1. Obs: the structure was updated Avaya and nice too.

what error do you see on the RCM logs. Have you check the DB for exceptions?

Hi, I need of information. Who send msg of MediaStart and MediaStop, because i discovered one failure in log observationhost Software Nice DMCC, where we receive MediaStart and at least 1 Second after we receive a mediaStop.

Who responsible to send the MediaStart/MediaStop ??
