Firstly, I didn't use this. A user has mashed the keypad and managed to hit the "right" code.
I have a phone lost in ASR. Is there any way I can delete it? It was not via a modular phone move so I cannot do it in LD 50. Though I need the phone back fast I would rather not just recreate it as I am worried that it will return on the next INI and cause loads more problems.
Does anybody have any ideas? I have tried disu/enlu for the OLD TN and disc and enlc for the card. If I plug the phone in I get a Reloc or Model prompt (it might not help that the ASR code the user put in is 3903... the phone is a 3820 :0)
