Failed and Incomplete on a Node (AS9)

I have two completely different servers that are not connected in anyway (two different companies). I've installed AS9 on both, one was an upgrade from the 2000 version and the other was a new install. I'm using a GFS Rotation on both and have the Open File agent. Both report that the backup failed and show 1 on the failed and cancelled status of the Node:

Failed and Canceled status.......... 1
Complete and Incomplete status...... 2
Total Nodes to be backed up............ 3

This is from one server, the other only backs itself up so it only shows one node.

All Volumes backup complete:

Failed and Canceled status.......... 0
Complete and Incomplete status...... 9
Total Volumes to be backed up.......... 9

Any ideas why it's showing that 1 node failed to backup even though there are no errors listed in the log file and all volumes are backing up fine?
