fail to get incoming extension from other branch offices

Hello

I have problem can someone help me .
I have installed Avaya ip office in four different countries and make connection all branches they can communicate via Extension over internet vpn,
The problem am facing now i have create extension number 2222 but other extension number on the same pbx is three digits which have no problem,which can call all other branches office ,but from other branch fail to call back the same extension number

what will be the solution on that.

Need more information. What versions are the control units? Are you using a H323 line(needs shortcodes) or IP Office line with full SCN functionality? You say you use 3 digit extensions do you have a 222 extension already(group or user)?

The more information you can provide the better someone can help you.
