Fail to Create Profile

Who can help me.
I am trying to install the agent for exchange 5.5
but everytime i receive this error :Fail to Create Profile
I have tried all the sollutions from CAI but nothing works.

Below is the log file.. Maybe someone has an answer.

Hey did you see the log properly,
you have the MAPI error - contact microsoft ok.
check the file mapisvc.inf in the computer.
if there are two files then , what is the size
if 3k and 10k then replace the 3k file in the system32
with the 10k and then do the configuration .
