Here is my confiiguration :
Server to backup :
- Netware 5.1 SP 5 with the Arcserve agent for Netware.
Workstation on which is plugged a HP SureStore DAT24 :
- Windows 2000 without SP
- ArcServe 2000 SP4
- NWclient 4.83 SP1
Problem : When trying to backup the Netware Server without connecting to the agent it works very well:
I go through "netwokrs", "novell", "server_name", "volume"...
(I'm logged with the admin rights on the workstation and on the netware server).
When trying to connect to the agent it fails 3 times out 4. => "failed to login to the server".
The agent uses TCP/IP, the server's name is well configured, and the security options are well parametered : ".CN=.OU=.O="
Error message on the netware server is :
"Disconnect received
E16525 ; Failed to receive job request, Connection Terminated."
I can't even locate from which Pc the problem comes from.
Could someone help me please ???
