I have configured a SIP trunk between Avaya and Panasonic. Was connected and up for a few days. Now it does not connect, Panasonic plant is in a different segment 172.26.2.0 and 172.25.3.0 IP Office.

Can anyone help?

In monitor, only show:

There is no reply from Panasonic, it should at least give a reply on the requests.
See if the request from Avaya gets to the Panasonic ( use Panasonic debug tools, oops they don't have any logging features )...

A simple mind delivers great solutions

ha! love it Intrigant. crack out the wireshark! haha.. not many Rx there ay, alhtough not much trace to look at. Are you getting anything back at all from Panasonic? better go to that part of the network and make sure it's at least still ping-able.
how is the SIP trunk setup? any registration details required between the two?
this looks like network tho. is pana management via LAN as well or USB etc?

both sides shouldn't be registering, just ip authentication, so options may not be replied to either. you need to show a trace of a call attempt from avaya out and 1 from panasonic in.
