Fade-in/Fade-out Button In MX?

I have Flash MX. I want to create a button that fades-in on mouseover, and fades-out when mouse is no longer over the button.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I've only set the initial alpha at 5%, so that you could actually see where the button was in this example... It should be set to 0% to start with, and would thus be completely invisible, if you so desired.

Thanks oldnewbie! That works Great! Oh--quick question: are there any changes needed if the movie starts on frame 2 instead of frame 1?
