I couldn't find out how to factory reset (via console) on a superstack 5500

So when I booted i did the option to skip the config file, then saved the blank config over the top of the existing one.

However, when i try to boot now it keep saying "config file skipped" and I don't know how to make it go back to booting from the saved config file?

any help appreciated, thanks
