I picked up a Nortel 8x24 cabinet and NAM from a local surplus but it didn't include any software. I've worked with Nortel equipment before and the phones are up and running. I've just never worked on the NAM. I'm looking for any tips on how to factory default the NAM module and how you get into programming the machine. Any and all tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Andy

nam is a pc in a norstar looking boc ...running OS/2 and access as the middleware which interacts with the Norstar

since it is a 8X24 i'm assuming it is a copper nam ...
boot up hte norstar, connect extensions to the nam, power up the nam ...if all is good ..you'll hear music at the end of 10-20 minutes ...

all the best
