Factory Default tape drive

I have a Certance cp3100 D2D2T drive I need to factory reset. Certance was bought out by Quantum, which has little to no information on admining this thing. The virtual tapes are screwed up, all I need to do is default it and start over. Any suggestions or ideas?

I am rather surprised there is not replies yet. Usually there is someone that knows something. This thing is rather suspicious....I can not find help for it anywhere. Documentation is almost non-existant....I thought defaulting it would be the easiest solution....but that is proving to be a huge task as well.
