Facing Problem in Micros 3700

I have install Micros 3700 Ver 4.7 (Em store client Db)
when we are using the funtion add/transfer check in pickup screen system is showing many open checks with 0 amount and chk num is also 0
if i try pick these check its not picking up and in reports there is no outstanding checks at all when i am going to pickup table screen there is no such checks there
and all the 0 checks timing in 3:00 am
I have upgrade this database from 4.3 to 4.7 after upgrade its happening
I have tried to run 4.7 patch again but no use still same problem

Try forcing them closed in SQL?

How i close these check forcely becaue i have check in chk_dtl i didn't find these checks

are they trianing checks? Don't suppose clearing totals are an option either.

There is no training check, Training check are not enable their and i can't clear the totals this running sites and they have their history totals

In SQL can you view chks by check number, not just open checks? And then remove them from that point? Or are they not showing up at all in SQL?

Also, have you tried starting a check, transferring them all to the new check and close to $0.00 dollar amount?

If you see the attached image all the check number is 0 there is no check number and i find the sql table there no check number 0 and if try to access this check its giving error i can able to pickup these checks

Just a curiousity question here. I notice all the checks are at 3:00am is this when end of day runs?

Have you tried rebuilding the database?

What happens when you try to pickup the check? The error you get?
