In order to facilitate collections, need capability to broadcast e-mail all past due invoices simultaneously rather than manually e-mailing individual invoices. Thanks

This can be accomplished with crystal reports and a 3rd party crystal reports scheduler, Visual CUT. Visual CUT will email to the email address stored in peachtree (or another database if you prefer) all past due invoices, as a .pdf attachment, on the schedule that you define.

The total cost of this solution would be around $500 plus whatever crystal report time is needed to develop or modify an existing crystal report for your invoices, plus crystal reports itself if you do not already own this.
