Fabsoft's Reform works great with either ES or Progression, or for that matter nearly any other product. Reform is $3190 with the email addin, the fax capability depends on what fax software you are using but you should add $800-$1200 for this.
Figure 2-4 hours per form for an experienced consultant to get Reform working as desired. If you are computer saavy you can do this yourself but it will take a couple of days to learn the software. However it is well worth it.
