F989 support

I have a NAM with ver 2.2 of the software.( I believe) Is F989 supported?, the users get "Inactive feature" From what I've been able to gather it's not turned on by default in the class of service and can only be turned on it voicemail manager, if this is Correct what is the version, I have 3 & 4 from NRU10 but had been getting a RAS error when using it I was able to "telnet" in but didn't see anything about this parameter in the class of service

wel that would explain things, I suppose that isn't available under the Flash platform? is Nortel even offering a upgrade for this?

no, F989 is not available in flash.
You could upgrade- it is not easy or free...definitely a vendor required operation.
You could also change to call pilot, which does have F989, depending on the MICS version you are working with.
