All exts will not allow the use of F987 to interupt VM. The Recp at 200 will allow this to work and the indicator button flashes like it should when the VM is playing and recording.

I have never had a problme with this so I assume I have a config that is out of wack. I copied Ext-200 to 201 and 201 is now able to use F987.

Any suggestions what I may have done wrong? This si MICS 7.0 NAM 4.1 with COS 7 on all mailboxes.

What's your voicemail and version? Call record is allowed in COS. Change it to same as #200.

It was always working on a T7316e at ext. the recp. ext 200. I copied the phone and settings to exts 201-207 and all the sets are now able to use the feature.

It no longer says "NOT ALLOWED" when teh button is pressed while a caller is leaving a meesage. There must have been a setting on 200 that I missed on the rest of these exts.

I think you can only interrupt on calls going into your own mailbox. The Receptionist probably has the GD mailbox so she would be the only one to interrupt calls going into it.

I found out that the button indicator will not show or flash on a T7316 unless I assigned it to button 4 or lower from the top on the left side.

Very strange. Ay reason why this would work on one set of button and not the other?

on the 4.1 software the t7316 set can only act like a m7310
so the top 6 buttons act like they have no lcd beside them

to get these to work properly you need 6.1 or higher

HALLOWED ARE THE ORI
