F986 quit working after BCM50 upgrade to R6

I've got an issue with voicemail transfer (F986) not working after I upgraded a BCM50 to R6. After entering F986 when on a call it places the caller on hold as it should. However, upon entering the final digit of the mbox number, the caller is immediately taken off hold and active again on the phone that just attempted the vmail transfer. All patches are up to date. It's happening from any phone to all mbox's. I tried deleting a mbox and tested a vmail transfer to the deleted mbox and got the normal "invalid mbox" message. I then rebuilt the mbox but did not initialize it and received the normal "mbox not initialized" message. After initializing the mbox, I'm back to everything looking normal until the mbox number is entered and the caller is taken off hold and active again with the phone that attempted the vmail transfer. Anyone else run into this issue or know what else I could look at?

Thanks

There were 4 intercom buttons on the phone I was testing from. Everything worked fine before the upgrade. Nothing has changed in regards to the phone programming between the old release and the new. It just seems weird that it recognizes and gives the normal messages when you try and transfer to a mbox that isn't built or isn't initialized, but when transferring to a valid mbox it just takes the call off hold and you have control of the caller again. I believe the phone for the mbox I was transferring to only had 1 intercom, but that shouldn't matter anyway since your transferring to the mailbox, not to the phone, right?

I'll give that a shot, although the system rebooted when I installed the SU22 patch yesterday and I also tried a shutdown.

I did see that thread yesterday when I was researching online and verified they are not using SWCA. I was kinda afraid that this was going to lead to a reinstall of the voicemail.
