F985 reset password doesn't work

Hi!

I have a client who "accidentally" change the password of Administrator... We tried the option Fxxx but when we press number x it doesn't go anywhere. Do I have to set something else up? I saw also when I go Fxxx and then press x ask me for a password but even though I try the Resetsmpswd it says "invalid password" is there any other way to reset that password?

The x option is to reset the operator status pswd. What model voicemail/ software release are you working on?

norstarboy125 I really don't know the version. I also thought maybe is because of the version should be old and it doesn't have that option of Fxxx and then number x and then password reset code. That's why I thought someone else maybe have another code for and older version to change the administrator password.

The feature xxx deal worked on the older NT sytle BCM's definitely not Norstar's, I seem to remember this happening to me a few times in my day and a reboot of the voicemail always fixed it for me.
