I have a BCM50 Rls 1.0 whereby the customer used F982 to changed business settings.

Today, it will not accept the F982 password, saying invalid.

Went into Callpilot/Operator settings, and put a tick in reset Operator password, then Submit. But it still does not accept the password.

Can anyone guide me on what else I can do?

Thanks

Thanks for the replies, yes, entering the password as documented.

I had this happen on a BCM400 3.7. If someone has an old Startalk Model C doc., you can reset the operator password through the telset the same way. I only do it once every 5 years so I forgot. But it will work.
