F9 v5 for Progression SQL

has anyone stepped up to the plate with F9 v5? I have one customer looking at it but it is extremely slow. Some spreadsheets take 20 minutes to refresh versus only 1-1/2 minutes max with F9 v4.

Has anyone experienced this and if so did you get it resolved?
