F78 programing longer delay

I know I can change the FLSH HOOK delay for F71 but can I change the DELAY ms delay for PAUSE F78 longer than 1.5 seconds I can;t seem to locate a setting within MICS 6.1. Is there one or am I stuck only having 1.5 as a PAUSE time?

On Norstar, a pause always lasts 1.5 second. This duration cannot be changed.

You can add more than one pause to a dialing sequence, though. For example, 3 pauses will make the system wait for 4.5 seconds.

You can also add delays in a dialing sequence by using the Wait for Dial Tone signal (Feature 804) and the Run/Stop signal (Feature *9).
