F591 gets re-order tone - not ip address ??? 2

Hello ip 500 gurus, installing a system in basic mode, when I press feature 591 I get re-order tone, usually it shows the ip address for web manager, any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Are you going offhook on an intercom or on a line? Dialing 591 from line wont display the information it needs to be from intercom.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

For a Digital phone or a Partner phone, looks like the handset should be in the cradle, the phone idle, then press Feature and dial 591. Maybe dialing 9*81 when off hook would work.
