After pressing F5 (Refresh) IE is presenting me the question 'The page cannot be refreshed without resending the information....' I have to press the Retry-button (or Enter) in order to get mu refresh. I always want to refresh. How can i bypass this question? (I do not look for an automatical update of my page; i'm familiar with that trick)

Yes, the screen is full with form elements. But also with information from 10 databases, that are randomly updated. So the user will press F5 (or a refresh button that i created). I want to bypass this warning, because i already know that i have to resend all information....

Try the setting: "Every visit to the page" in IE, Tools, Internet Options, Temporary internet options, Settings.
Then get a little prog called "Push the Freakin' Button" from my site in the utilities section.
Let it push any on screen "button" you come across.
Read the review, it does lots of stuff. Cheers,
