Hi guys,

I searched a bit, and read the FAQ about redirecting a line, but this FAQ is using a route that will using a line Pool to redirect a call.

I am really looking for a way to redirect from a set to an external number, using the flash/link feature we have on our lines.

I would use it in the Forward-no-Answer or using Function 4 (forward) on a specific set.

The reasons:
1- Over the years, we tried a few types of wireless phones and none was flawless. Customer has unlimited call on his cell phone so why not try to use it.
2- The same customer account was hacked into using the CP100 call forward (after a few years, the customer forgot he had this feature AND an easy password.) So no CP100 forward possible.
The F4 forward-to number can't be changed remotely, so no hacking possible.
3- We don't want to use a new line on every forward. If this works as intended, a few users would be programmed that way and we'd run out of lines quickly.

Is this even doable ? I do it manually (F71, cell number, hang up), there has to be a way to program it ?

Thanks !!

Unfortunately no. Re-direct and external call forwarding use Dest/Route or Line Pool. No provision was ever made for using provider transfer.
