F12 Maximizes Outlook

I have a user who accesses IBM Client Access to interface with an AS/400 server. When she hits F12 in Client Access, it maximizes Outlook and does nothing in Client Access.

Where in WXP can you set a function key like F12 to perform a function like maximizing a particular program? I need to turn this behavior off.
