F12 key maximizes MS Outlook

I have a user who hits her F12 key and it maximizes MS Outlook from her Start bar instead of performing the F12 function in the program she is working in.

Does anyone know how to turn that F12 functionality off?

Hi, in outlook 2002 SP3, the F12 key is "save as" not maximize.

check for malware. FAQ

Thanks, but here's the problem. The user is working in a JAVA app and uses her F12 key to perform certain things in that app. When she hits F12 it will launch MS Outlook if the program is not already running, or maximize Outlook if it is running. The F12 functionality is not working for any other program. It seems like its sole function is tied to MS Outlook somehow. User has XP Pro SP1 and Office 2003 Pro.
