I have a customer who is currently switching over to ezuce openUC from their Avaya Definity. When they attempt to dial international they get a fast busy then set goes on hook. The ezuce system is connected to Definity through 4 dedicated lines, 2 PRI and 2 DS-1 in an NFAS group. These are connected to an AudioCodes Mediant 1000 which is then connected to the IP network. I have had no involvement in this set up so I am not entirely sure where to begin with troubleshooting. I'm thinking possibly something relating to the COR and/or ARS needs to be changed but need some help to know where to look.
