I have a CICS with 7310 phones on the system. The customer has some Internal Autodail buttons programmed on the LCD buttons. However on one of the phones I cannot get the indicators to light. They light when I press them to call the other extensions but they don't light as a status indicatior. Any ideas?

bad lcd?
did u try a different phone

Older versions of software also didn't support this. I've seen it on old 3X8 systems. Also could be older phone version that may be the problem.
Dmac,

I agree with MJ some of the older M7310's will not show the ext. offhook even tho they have been assigned. Try changing to a later release.

I have seen the case (on a MICS 6.1, phone was M7310) where if there is a headset attached to an extension, that extension does not indicate on an internal autodial.

I had to reset the station port to get the indicator working again for that extension.
