I am have created a logo in PP8, where the logo is text based. Starting with a clean slate, I applied a fill with a modified Canyon texture, I then applied text but using Render to Mask. I then cut the text out, which gives me a flat version of what I want.
What I really want is to make it look like the word is chiseled out of or thrusting forward from a stone edifice. I tried using the Boss effect, but it doesn't really do it.
My thought is, if there is some plugin that I can extrude the logo, and then go back and apply the same texture fill to the extruded areas, it might give me that look.
I'm not certain if I have described my vision clearly enough, but if anyone can help, I appreciate it!
