ExtraObject , ASP error on Windows 2000

I'm trying to create an extra object with ASP on windows 2000. So i get an error:

Server Object, ASP 0177 (0x8007045A)
8007045a

I´m using IIS. By searchs, i found that may be an security error, or an DLL not registered.

Does someone deals with this ?
