The Avaya Document says to:

When I open the SBCE_ID.crt file in wordpad, I see two BEGIN CERTIFICATE and END CERTIFICATE lines, and I am not sure which is the correct to keep. See below:

It says remove all lines between the FIRST "Begin Certificate" and "End Certificate" lines.
