Extracting sound from a swf file

I've an animation saved as a swf file, and I'm keen to get the sound out of this file and be able to save this as an MP3.

Is there a quick way of doing this (I have Flash MX) or do I need to wire up the PC to record from line in, ie, the speakers?

Either record it as it plays with the MS Sound Recorder or another recording sound application, or use an extractor/decompiler as SoThink...
