Extracting "To Do" list items...

Hello,

I'm trying to find a way to extract all of the "to do" items (as well as the noted information contained in each one) into a text file in one shot. I have an ungodly amount of completed items, and would like to print up a list of everything I've accomplished before our quarterly review (I'm a dba trying to get more $$$).

I've gone through the help files and haven't found anything so far. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
