extracting "ps" data from nmon file

hello,

I've nmon file collected for 24 hours at 5 minutes intervals.

When I analyze the file in excel_nmon_analyzer (nmon analyser v33e.xls) in the sheet named TOP I can see lists of processes (ps) gathered in each refresh.

How can I extract this info in shell so I don;t need to use the excel nmon analyzer?

Also how to extract paging space usage from nmon file?

thx. but is there a chance to obtain percentage usage of space usage from the nmon file? what I finds in "grep PAGE" is:
