I've downloaded the Q1 2011 user CD for Avaya IP office and don't seem to be able to extract the phonemanager.msi file. The tapi.msi is there as are the others. Has anyone run into this problem? I've gone back to userCD 4.2.26 and still have the same problem.

Having already deployed this via GPO I'd like to be able to upgraded via the same delivery system. Any help is appreciated.

You need to use the exe
Then it will build an msi somewhere in the temp files.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

peter is correct(ish) install PM on a pc, then look for the MSI in the windows temp directory......

ACSS - SME

Or run the exe with a /A command line option

Take Care

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
