Extracting images from Thumbs.db

Hi all,

I want to make a simple viewer which will extract the images & pathnames from Thumbs.db

There's a number of sources out there in VB and C# but they all seem to use code from codeproject and peterdavis.net:

I'm having great difficulty converting VB/C# to delphi, is anyone able to convert these or know of working delphi source? to view the Thumbs.db file?
